Terms of service

These terms govern your use of 9orb, the service that plans, builds and hosts web applications from your description.

  1. You keep ownership of the ideas you describe and the code that is built for you. You can export it at any time.
  2. Prices are shown before a build starts: a one-off build estimate with a firm ceiling, and a separate monthly running cost. We never charge above the ceiling you approved.
  3. We build responsive web apps and installable web apps. We do not publish to the App Store or Google Play.
  4. You must not use the service to build anything illegal, deceptive or harmful. We may suspend accounts that do.
  5. The service is provided as is during the trial period. We do our best to keep it available and say clearly when something is not working.
